ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the second respondent forbearing from conducting any enquiry based on the undated notice issued by the second respondent for the properties of petitioners 1 and 2, morefully described in the schedule to the writ petition till the enquiry proceedings before the first respondent are concluded regarding in the sale of the properties in all aspects.

Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for respondents 1 & 2.

While pending the writ petition, on the complaint lodged by the third respondent, the second respondent forwarded the said complaint before the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Chengalpet. On receipt of the same, the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Chengalpet registered FIR in crime No.21 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 474 & 120B of IPC as against the second petitioner and others. Now, investigation is pending.

Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
