2.The petitioner seeks an expeditious disposal of a second appeal filed in S.A.No.9745 of 2023 on 30.05.2023 by the State Public Information Officer, the 1st respondent herein.

3.Mr.C.Vigneswaran, the learned counsel has taken notice for the 1st respondent. Mr.M.Bindran, the learned Additional Government Pleader has taken notice for the 2nd respondent and Mr.P.Siddharth, the learned Government Advocate takes notice for the 3rd respondent. 4.The 1st respondent is now required to dispose of the second appeal filed in 2/4
