ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) Learned counsel for the 3rd respondent and learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that encroachment was removed, and subsequently once again the same encroacher has encroached upon the land.

2. Thus, the respondents are directed to conduct inspection, and if any encroachments are identified, encroachers must be prosecuted under the criminal law, and all such encroachments must be removed. The said exercise must be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
