ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.10.2021 for the offences under Sections 365, 366, 376(i), 376(2) (m), 354, 354(B), 506(ii) and Section 66 E of IT Act in crime No.14 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner sexually harassed the victim and took obscene videos of the victim, threatened her to disclose the intimacy video of her in social media, due to that, she attempted to commit suicide and saved by her family members. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner was no way connected in this case and he was falsely implicated in this case and he was suffering incarceration for more than 45 days from 30.10.2021. He would pray for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocated (Crl.side) raised objection stating that petitioner sexually harassed the victim and took obscene https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

videos of the victim and threatened her by uploading the same in social media. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5.On considering the grave nature of the offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
