This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21412 of 2022 dated 08.09.2022 that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) as a non-refundable deposit to the credit of District Revenue Officer, Kancheepuram District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner is ready to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- to the credit of District Revenue Officer, Kancheepuram District. However, the District Revenue Officer refused to receive the said amount. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner.

4. Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner i.e., "to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) as a non-refundable deposit to the credit of District Revenue Officer, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Anu Kancheepuram District", vide order dated 08.09.2022 shall stands replaced as "to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) as a non refundable deposit to the credit of the District Mineral Foundation Trust, Thiruvannamalai".

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is modified. All other conditions remain unaltered.
