(Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J) This petition has been filed to vacate the interim order passed in CMP No.6714 of 2019 in W.A.No.872 of 2019, dated 18.03.2019, staying the operation of the order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.34880/2023, dated 08.10.2018.

2. This Court, at the time of admission of the Writ appeal, has granted the order of interim stay on 18.03.2019 itself. However, to vacate the above said order, the present petition has been filed in the year 2023. At this juncture, we are not inclined to accept the contentions made in the affidavit for vacating the above said stay order. Further, the issues involved in the appeal will be decided only at the time of hearing the parties in the writ appeal. Hence, this petition cannot be entertained.

3. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, the order passed in CMP No.6714/2019 inW.A.No.872/2019, dated 18.03.2019 is made absolute.
