ORDER

When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this petition and in this regard, he had also made an endorsement in the case bundle.

2. On the other hand, the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent had strongly opposed for the request made by the petitioner and would submit that the petitioner's representation was disposed of by the respondent vide order dated 26.10.2022. However, the said order was obtained by the petitioner by playing fraud and foul-play.

3. Further, she would submit that a civil suit is also pending between the parties and inspite of the same, now, the petitioner is making an attempt to mutate the revenue records. Hence, she requests this Court to pass appropriate orders.

4. In reply, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 had assured that they will not pass any orders pertaining to the mutation of revenue records until the disposal of aforesaid civil suit.

5. The above submissions are recorded. At request of the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No cost. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
