2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants that the cost has been paid in compliance with the order passed by this Court vide order dated 22.09.2023. He has also filed the memo to that effect.

3. In view of the above, the memo is recorded and the miscellaneous petition is ordered, thereby, the delay of 107 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.70/- in S.A.SR.No.1014 of 2022 is condoned.
