By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondent, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent to consider her online application dated 17.07.2024 seeking survey of her property situated in S.No.118/2A and 131/2 in Unathur Village, Thalaivasal Taluk,

3. According to the petitioner, she purchased the above mentioned property from one Periyammal in the year 2006. The petitioner submitted an online application on 17.07.2024 seeking survey of the above mentioned land and she also paid necessary charges for survey. However, the same has not been considered by the respondent till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, learned Government Advocate, who is taking notice for the respondent would submit that the online application of the petitioner dated 17.07.2024 will be considered by the respondent on its own 2/4

merits and in accordance with law, within the time fixed by this Court.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 17.07.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
