ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.103 of 2019 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent police submits that in this case, investigation has been completed and the final report filed before the learned Priniciple District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore and the same was taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.30 of 2019.

3. In view of the completion of the investigation and filing of final report, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, the petitioner is at liberty to participate in the trial and raise all the points which he made in this petition and contest the case.
