Heard Mr. S.Anburaja, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. K.Karthikeyan, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Second Respondent to dispose the application in O.A. No. 1 of 2010 filed by the Petitioner. 3.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that the next hearing of the said application has been fixed on 10.11.2022 for which notice has been served on Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and its copy has been produced and the same would be disposed by 31.01.2023 after hearing all concerned parties following the prescribed procedure in accordance with law. The report of compliance of such exercise shall be filed before the Registrar (Judicial) of the Court. 2/4
