This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in the order made in Crl.M.P.No.10776 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.12976 of 2024 dated 31.07.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of another six months.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered.
