ORDER

This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Puducherry, to complete the trial in S.T.C.No.219 of 2014 within a reasonable time. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner herein has been arrayed as accused in S.T.C.No.219 of 2014. He further submits that the petitioner is nothing to do with the alleged offence and due to the criminal case, he is facing stigma in the society. Hence, he prays for early disposal of the case in S.T.C.No.219 of 2014. 3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry).

4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for petitioner, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Puducherry, is directed to dispose S.T.C.No.219 of 2014 on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
