ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The contempt petition has been instituted to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 15.02.2023 passed in W.P.No.19997 of 2018.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Peace Committee meeting has been convened and a decision was taken not to demolish the religious institutions. She would further submit that encroachments have already been removed. In this regard, the Tahsildar and Block Development Officer have filed reports. Thus, the contempt petition stands closed.
