Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records relating to the detention order in Memo No.472/BCDFGISSSV/2019, dated 06.08.2019 passed by the 2nd respondent under the Tamilnadu Act 14 of 1982 and set aside the same and direct the respondent to produce the petitioner's brother Saravanan, son of Subramani, aged about 28 years, the detenu, now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai, before this Court and set the petitioner's brother Saravanan, son of Subramani, aged about 28 years, the detenu herein at liberty.

[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH,J.] Petitioner is the sister of the detenu, namely, Saravanan, S/o.Subramani, who has been branded as "Goonda" under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of the second respondent passed in Memo No.472/BCDFGISSSV/2019, dated 06.08.2019. 2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, would submit that the detention order passed by the second respondent as against the brother of the petitioner, dated 06.08.2019 has been revoked by the Government in G.O.Rt.No.3797, dated 30.09.2019 and he has also produced a copy of the said order.
3. In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed, as it has become infructuous.
