This application is filed to implead the Official Liquidator as the third respondent in O.P.No.1007 of 2015.

2. I heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the Hon'ble Delhi High Court by order dated 28.07.2017 appointed the Official Liquidator as the Provisional Liquidator of the first respondent in the application. Accordingly, he submitted that the Official Liquidator attached to the Delhi High Court should be impleaded as third respondent in the above O.P. He also produced a copy of the order dated 28.07.2017 of the Delhi High Court which evidences the appointment of the Official Liquidator as the Provisional Liquidator of the first respondent Company.

4. In view of the above facts and circumstances, this application is liable to be and is hereby allowed. Consequently, the Official Liquidator 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in

A.No.7199 of 2019 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J kal attached to the Delhi High Court, is impleaded as the third respondent in O.P.No.1007 of 2015.

5. Issue notice to Mr.D.K.Singh/Official Liquidator, High Court of Delhi, 8th Floor, Lok Nayak Bhawan, Khan Market, New Delhi, returnable by 23.10.2019.

6. The counsel for the petitioner is directed to carry out consequential amendment in the cause title of O.P.No.1007 of 2015. List the matter on 23.10.2019.
