Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.07.2016 in accordance with law and direct the first respondent to cancel and remove the entry made in document No.794 of 2009 dated 04.03.2009 on the file of the second respondent herein.

ORDER
This writ petition is filed for direction directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.07.2016 in accordance with law and direct the first respondent to cancel and remove the entry made in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
document No.794 of 2009 dated 04.03.2009 on the file of the second respondent herein.
2. Heard, Mr.K.Nagarajan, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 & 2, and Mr.M.L.Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.
3. The petitioner lodged complaint dated 02.07.2016 before the first respondent with regards to execution of fraudulent mortgage deed in respect of the property owned by the petitioner dated 04.03.2009 vide document No.794 of 2009 and it is pending on the file of the first respondent.
4. Considering the above, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the said complaint lodged by the petitioner after conducting enquiry and giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the third respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
