Crl.O.P.No.8094 of 2016 K.KALYANASUNDARAM.J., The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 306 of IPC, in Crime No.41 of 2016, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The earlier application filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3144 of 2016 was dismissed by this Court on 17.02.2016. I do not find any change of circumstances.

Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
