ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2022 to issue patta in the name of petitioner for the property situated in Erode District, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Kembainaickenpalayam Municipality, Sellipalayam Village, Ayanpunjai Survey No. 188 , Old No. 24, New Natham No. 212 and Building Tax No.1713 as per the Tamil Nadu Patta Passbook Act 1983.

2. This Court by order dated 27.10.2022, directed the learned Additional Government Pleader to get instructions with regard to the grant of patta in consonance to the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2022, if it is otherwise in order on the next hearing date.

3. Accordingly, this case is listed today under the caption, "for issuance of patta". When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 20.09.2022 is rejected.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
