This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register an FIR on the complaint dated 10.02.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. No representation for the petitioner. This Court perused the records and heard the Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner against her husband and others, the same has been referred to the Social Welfare Officer, Salem for enquiry and report, and after receiving the report, the police will take appropriate action. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
