ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to direct the second respondent to investigate the matter in respect of the complaint given by the petitioner on 15.11.2015 and register the case as against the accused persons in accordance with law.

2.The petitioner lodged a complaint on 15.11.2015 before the second respondent against one S.G. Srinivasan and S.G.Krishnan and M.Raja and 20 others on the allegation of land grabbing. But no action has been taken so far. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present criminal original petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.11.2015, C.S.R.No.454 of 2015 has been assigned and the same is pending for enquiry. 5.In view of the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.11.2015 in C.S.R.No.454 of 2015 and upon enquiry, if materials are gathered indicating commission of any cognizable offence, the second respondent is directed to proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible.
