This miscellaneous petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender and consider the petitioner bail application in Crl.OP.No.17948/2022 order dated 03.08.2022 to surrender before the concerned Jurisdictional Court, within a period of one week from the date of the receipt of a copy of that order.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to surrender as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
