This petition has been filed to direct the Inspector of Police, R6, Kumaran Nagar Police Station/the respondent herein to register a complaint on the basis of the information dated 22.03.2016 given by Manager Mr.C.J.Thangaraj @ C.J.Sijay given against the said Vasudevan, Anandan and his men, investigate into the matter, file the final report to have the offenders punished according to law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner's employee by name C.J.Sijay has given a complaint, based on which petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.34/2016.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [(2014) 4 SCC 1], otherwise, the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.
