This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 26.07.2019 and to make a survey of the land and to subdivide the subject property. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the subject property belongs to the petitioner and patta also stands in the name of the petitioner. The petitioner made a representation to the 3rd respondent on 21.05.2013 after paying necessary fees and requested the 3rd respondent to conduct survey of the land and to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

make the subdivision. The representation was not acted upon. The petitioner, thereafter, made several representations. There was no response from the 3rd respondent. Left with no other alternative, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition before this Court seeking for appropriate directions. 3.Heard Ms.R.Pushpalatha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Annai Ezhil, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 26.07.2019 and take a decision strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the 3rd respondent along with all relevant documents and a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
