This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that (b) the Petitioners shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 am, until further orders, dated 27.06.2023 in Crl.OP.No.14231 of 2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the matter is under investigation.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court on 27.06.2023 in Crl.OP.No.14231 of 2023 is alone modified to the effect that the Petitioners shall report before the Respondent Police on the first and fifteenth day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
