The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.687 of 2024 within a specific period of time.

2. The petitioner is the plaintiff in the above suit, he sought for recovery of possession.
3. It is seen from e-Court adjudication filed in the typed set of papers, the pleadings of the parties were completed as early as 19.06.2025 and the matter is posted for framing of issues. Taking into consideration, the suit was of the year 2024 and the pleadings of the parties were completed as early as June 2025, this Court is inclined to direct the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sholinganallur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.687 of 2024, as expeditiously as possible.
4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
