ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents herein for having committed Contempt of Court by disobeying the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.28686 of 2016 dated 18.08.2016.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the entire retirement benefits to the petitioner has been settled.

3. Recording the same, the contempt petition stands closed. In case the petitioner is aggrieved against the quantum of settlement, liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to workout his remedies in accordance with law.
