CMP No.9741 of 2017 in CRP No.3202 of 2016 V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN,J., This petition is filed to modify the order dated 24.03.2017 passed by this Court in CRP No.3202 of 2016, limiting the arrears of maintenance to be paid only to the period between 14.07.2014 and October 2015 and not for any subsequent period .

2. I have perused the materials available on record. I see no reasons to modify the order passed in CRP NO.3202 of 2016 dated 24.03.2017.

3. Therefore, CMP NO.9741 of 2017 is dismissed.
