O R D E R

This Revision has been preferred as against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.8825 of 2024 in Crime No.338 of 2024 dated 28.08.2024, thereby dismissed the petition to return the vehicle.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the documents placed on record.

3. The petitioner owned a vehicle, viz., Two wheeler, Yamaga R15 bearing Reg.No. TN-73-AV-3771, while being so, it was taken by the accused to transport ganja. The petitioner, who is arrayed as 2nd accused along with other accused persons were found in possession of 22 Kgs of Ganja, therefore, the respondent seized the contra band from the accused and also seized the motor cycle. Now, the investigation proceedings has been initiated, as such, the trial court rightly dismissed the petition and this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the trial court and the present Revision is liable to be dismissed.

4. Accordingly, the present Revision is dismissed. 14.08.2025
