ORDER
The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2025 to grant internal marks to the petitioner's son Hariharasudan,
who have appeared in supplementary examination 2025 based on the marks scored in 10 th standard (434 / 500) ie. 87% and 11 th standard (448/600) ie. 75%.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first to fifth respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has sent a representation dated 07.07.2025 to grant internal marks to the petitioner's son, and such representation is pending with the first to fifth respondents.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first to fifth respondents would fairly submit they would consider the petitioner's representation within a reasonable time.
5. In view of the above submission, without going into merits of this Writ Petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the first to fifth respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2025, after giving an opportunity to the sixth respondent, and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
