2. After arguing the matter for a considerable length of time and when this Court expressed that direction cannot be issued for speedy disposal in a routine manner and the petitioner has to pursue the trial court for speedy disposal, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the civil revision petition.

3. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
