This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 241 days in filing the criminal revision as against order dated 28.08.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.8825 of 2024 on the file of Principal Special Court under EC and NPDS Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 241 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
