For Petitioner : Mr.S.Silambuselvan O R D E R The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dharapuram, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.111 of 2018 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this court is inclined to dispose of the Civil Revision Petition even without notice to the respondent.

3. The petitioner is the plaintiff in the suit for partition. The suit is of the year 2018. The perusal of adjudication sheet filed in the typed set of papers would suggest that the respondent filed his written statement as early as 15.10.2019 and thereafter, the matter has been adjourned from time to time without any substantial progress.

4. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of the suit within a period of (9) nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
