Application No.5450 of 2023 has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 38 days in representing the plaint bearing D.No.83616 of 2023.

Application No.5451 of 2023 has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 55 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.7,18,990/- in C.S.D.No.83616 of 2023.

This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of these applications. In fact, as seen from the averments contained in the affidavit filed in support of Application No.5451 of 2023, deficit court fee has already been paid by the applicants/plaintiffs on 31.08.2023.
