This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the case in Crime No.102 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the second respondent/defacto complainant, FIR in Crime No.102 of 2022 had been registered, for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 341, 427, 506(i) and 365 of IPC. After investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Rasiputam and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.263 of 2022.
