This Petition has been filed to relax the condition of appearing before the Respondent police everyday at 10.30 am, for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation orders imposed in Crl.OP.No.18512 of 2023 vide order dated 16.08.2023 in Crime No.378 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.18512 of 2023 vide order dated 16.08.2023 is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
