ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the willful misrepresentation in the order made in Crl.O.P.No.31818 of 2024 dated 19.12.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent filed an affidavit and submitted that though in the order it is stated that the charge sheet was filed through e-filing on 18.12.2024, the charge sheet was filed on 27.12.2024 and the same was also taken on file in C.C.No.107 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Harur and now the case stands posted for the appearance of accused on 27.03.2026.

3. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. 23.01.2026 ksa-2
