When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the affidavit of the Principal cum Programme Co-ordinator was filed and the relevant portions are extracted hereunder:- The retirement benefits of the petitioner are assessed as follows:- Particulars Amount (Rs.)

3. February Salary (7th 58,617 CPC as per the ICAR approved pay scale) Net pay Total 16,50,361

4. Arrear due and actual drawn by the petitioner (01.01.2016 to 31.01.2017) 1,99,503 Total 14,50,874

I respectfully submit the total amount of retirement benefits to the petitioner amounts to Rs.22,85,126/- (Rupees Twenty Two lakhs Eighty five thousand one hundred and twenty six only) were credited in his Savings Bank A/c.No.69480100005656 of Bank of Baroda RAGACOVAS Branch, Kurumbapet, Puducherry - 605 009 on 25.11.2025. 5.

I respectfully submit insofar as petitioner's Employees Provident Fund is concerned, the Employees Provident Fund Organisation has to release funds and his pension. It is stated that there is no due on the part of the Respondents to the

Employees Provident Fund with regard to the petitioner. He can withdraw the available fund and pension from the Employees Provident Fund Organisation, Puducherry.

The learned counsel for the petitioner expressed a grievance regarding some deductions made. That is an issue which cannot be gone into in this contempt petition and it has to be independently worked out by the petitioner in the manner known to law.
