This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that he shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.19328 of 2023 dated 22.08.2023.

2. Heard. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the charge sheet is filed in P.R.C.No.40 of 2023 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate II, Hosur.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, it is made clear that, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
