This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 01.09.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.19709 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.VI, Salem everyday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned Jurisdictional Court.
