When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent filed a compliance memo stating that the order of this Court dated 21.11.2024 has been duly complied with.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the compliance memo is silent pertains to the payment of the provident fund amount payable by the Management to the workmen.
3. In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the Management has been making the contribution every year, and the contribution for the current year will be made upon completion of the financial year.
