This Court has set aside the abatement caused by the death of 1st and 2nd appellants in S.A. No.1204 of 2012 vide order dated 19.08.2024 in C.M.P. Nos.21064 and 21067 of 2019.

Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions filed to bring on record the Legal Representatives of the deceased 1st and 2nd appellants are allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
