ORDER

This Court vide order dated 14.11.2024, directed the jurisdictional Tahsildar to survey and demarcate the property with the help of the Surveyor in the presence of the petitioners as well as the responsible Officers of the respondents. Now, the petitioner has come out with the present Contempt Petition stating that the respondent has not complied with the order of this Court.

2.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent conducted survey and demarcated the property yesterday i.e on 02.09.2025 and a communication received by the learned Government Advocate in this regard is produced before this Court.

3.In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is yet to receive the communication. 4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, this contempt petition stands closed with liberty to reopen, if so advised.
