Crl.O.P.No.26201 of 2022 , Crl.O.P.No.26201 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 353 and 506(i) IPC r/w Section 4(1)(a) and 4(1)(i) of TNP Act in Crime No.325 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that when the respondent on regular patrol, the petitioner was found to be in possession of 5 bottles (650 ml) of King fisher and Black pearl bear. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (crl.

side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that this is the second anticipatory bail petition and the earlier petition was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22793 of 2022. He would submit that there are seven previous cases pending against the petitioner, out of which three cases are similar in nature. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the previous cases pending as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
