When this Contempt Petition was taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents on instructions, submitted that the respondent has paid the retiral benefits to the petitioner and accordingly, complied with the order of this Court dated 18.08.2016 passed in W.P.No.28700 of 2016. 2.The said submission has also been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
