ORDER

The petitioner herein has preferred a complaint against the 3rd respondent, who is a Head Mistress of a Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Thittagudi, Cuddalore District, levelling certain allegations against her to the 1st respondent. He seeks a direction to the 1st respondent for an expedite action on the same.

2.Dr.C.E.Pratap, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instruction makes a statement that in terms of paragraph No.10(3) of the Manual of the D.V.A.C, the 1st respondent has forwarded the said complaint to the Commissioner of School Education, Chennai, and it is pending before him. 3.In view of the statement of the prosecutor, this Court suo motu impleads the Commissioner of School Education, College Road, Chennai-6, as a 4th respondent, for whom the learned prosecutor himself takes notice. 2/4

4.The 4th respondent is now directed to complete his action on the complaint preferred by the petitioner at the earliest, but at any rate not exceeding three

(3) months from today, but at all times it should be strictly in accordance with law.

5.This petition stands disposed of accordingly.
