This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in paragraph 6(c) of the order dated 11.06.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.16287 of 2024.

3. Considering the submissions made by both side counsels, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Alandur, Chengalpattu District on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
