Gunasekaran v. The Inspector Of Police

The petitioner, who is arrayed as an accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of IPC in Crime No.75 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police and seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused had committed theft of laptops from the School.

3.Considering the allegations made against the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner is not entitled for anticipatory bail and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
