Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner offers to withdraw this petition and he has also made necessary endorsement to that effect in the bundle. 2.Leave granted.

3.The Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn accordingly. No cost. However, the National Highways Department is required to ensure that no flag post is there on the road margin.
