No.127/2 in Arkadu Village, Thirukovilur Taluk taking into consideration the Order No.Na.Ka.No.A1/1866812/2014, dated 25.06.2015 issued by the 8th Respondent within a stipulated time.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We fail to understand why G.O.Ms.No.540, Revenue [LD6(2)] Department, dated 4.12.2014 is not being implemented within the time stipulated therein, as the complaint of the petitioner against the encroachment over water body did not receive attention and the review petition filed on 3.8.2015 still remains to be decided.

2. It is directed that the review petition be decided within a period of thirty days from today and the reason for non adherence to the government order be explained through an affidavit.

3. The petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
